The myth of 21 days may derive from a book published by a surgeon in 1960, he noticed that, it takes 21 days for an amputation patient to get used to their amputative limb. So he raise that people need 21 days to get used to any big changes in their life.
In my high school, I read "the 21 days theory "in 《Readers》,so I insist to take exercise for 21 days. When it comed to the 22 days, I said to myself, "it finally has done, and I should have devlopled a habit of taking exercise".
Consequently,you can imagine.
In fact, once people stop one thing that they have insist for several months, they may fail.
The only one thing you can do is, after you insist, keep on insisting.
Only insist can lead to succuss.
